These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between BlueShot ("Company," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") and users ("User," "you," or "your") regarding the use of our mobile application service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service": The BlueShot mobile application and all related services, features, and content.
"User": Any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Account": The social media account linked through the social login process.
"Content": Any text, photos, videos, health data, or other materials posted, uploaded, or shared by Users on the Service.
"Health Information": Any health-related data including but not limited to weight, injection records, medical information, symptoms, or wellness data.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

We will make these Terms available on the initial screen of the Service or provide accessible links.
We may amend these Terms at any time in compliance with applicable laws.
We will notify you of material changes at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes that are unfavorable to you, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice.
If you do not agree with amended Terms, you may terminate your service agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the Service after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
